These terms apply when you use the Rexdale Auto Detailing website (https://www.rexdaletireoil.ca) or book or receive tire, oil change, detailing, or related automotive services from Rexdale Auto Detailing Inc.(“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 2082 Kipling Ave, Unit #1, Etobicoke, ON M9W 4J9. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide tire sales, installation and repair, oil changes, and auto detailing, along with related services. Prices shown on our website are estimates and may vary depending on your vehicle, parts availability, and the condition of your car once we inspect it. We’ll always let you know before carrying out any work that costs more than what was originally quoted.
Appointments and bookings
- Booking online or by phone reserves a time slot with us; it is not a guarantee of a specific price until we inspect the vehicle.
- Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
- We may contact you by phone or email about an appointment or quote. Text messages are sent only under the separate consent described in the SMS Messaging Terms below.
SMS Messaging Terms
The Rexdale Auto Detailing SMS program sends post-sale follow-ups, review requests, and customer-care replies only. Messaging consent applies only to Rexdale Auto Detailing, not to unrelated third parties.
Customers may consent verbally in person, which our staff records in our internal consent system, or by submitting a website form that displays our SMS notice.
- Message frequency varies; typically one follow-up may be sent for each completed sale.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
- Reply HELP for assistance, email rexdaleautodetailing@gmail.com, or call 416-856-4295.
- Opt-out requests may take a short operational period to process, but no promotional or automated messages should be sent after suppression is active.
- Carriers and delivery networks may delay or fail to deliver messages. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures outside our control.

Payment
Payment is due in full when a service is completed, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods posted in-shop. Any parts or products sold separately from a service are also due at time of purchase.
Warranty
Workmanship on services we perform is covered by our standard shop warranty, and parts are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty where one exists. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or work performed elsewhere after your visit. Ask us in-shop for specifics on any service or part.
Your vehicle
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it serviced. We take reasonable care of vehicles left with us, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after we notify you that work is complete may be subject to storage arrangements we’ll discuss with you directly.
Website use
Our website and its content (text, images, and logos) belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, resell, or misuse the site’s content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it. We aim to keep information on the site accurate and current, but pricing, availability, and hours are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rexdale Auto Detailing Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms. An update does not expand the scope of an existing SMS consent; any materially different messaging purpose requires new consent.
