Hi, I'm Rickey. I own Rexdale Auto Detailing. I answer the phone, walk the car with you, and sign off on every job. There's no service writer, no call centre, no franchise script taped to the bay wall. Just a real shop, 15 years on Kipling, and work people come back for.
We started as a detail shop. Customers asked for more.
The name says it. We started in detailing. But customers kept asking us to handle their oil changes, then their tires, then their flat repairs. Mostly because driving across town for each thing is a waste of a weekend, but also because they wanted the work done by people they trusted.
So we added bays. Added a tire wall. Kept the standards. Today we're one of the few independent shops in west Toronto that handles all three trades under one roof. Tires, oil, detail. One owner, one phone number, one walk-around at pickup.
The dealers who used to send us their recon details started sending us their tire and oil work too. That's the part of this we're most proud of. Other shops trust us with their cars.
