Fees we don't add at the till
There's no shop fee. No environmental or disposal surcharge. No air filter quietly swapped in while the hood is open, then explained to you at the counter afterward.
Plenty of drivers have had the other version: a low headline price on the sign out front, then a shop supply line on the invoice, a disposal charge, and a filter or fluid that got added mid-service because someone was already under the hood. Any of those can be a fair charge for real work. The trouble is learning about them after the fact, when your only choices are pay it or argue about it.
So we quote the total before we start, and if the total needs to change, we stop and ask first. Rickey owns the shop and answers the phone, so nobody here is working against a monthly add-on target.

When your truck takes more than 4 litres
Both prices cover up to 4 L. Plenty of engines take more, and some take a lot more.
When that's your vehicle, there's a small per-litre charge for the extra oil, and we confirm the number with you before any oil goes in. Say you drive an F-150 and you want the total before the dipstick comes out: tell us the year and engine, and you'll get the litres and the price at the counter, not at the till.
Oil volume is the one thing that moves the posted number on a standard oil change. Nothing else does.
Conventional or synthetic for your car
Conventional at $69 suits older daily drivers on roughly a 5,000 km interval. Think a 2006 Corolla with 240,000 km that's been running conventional its whole life. It works, it's cheap, and it needs changing more often.
Synthetic at $99 suits turbocharged engines and most cars built after 2010, and it runs roughly 10,000 to 12,000 km between changes. Turbos run hot, and synthetic holds up better under that heat. Do the arithmetic and the $30 difference often buys close to double the interval, plus one less morning spent waiting on a car.

Is the car wash really free
Yes, and it's a hand wash at the shop, not a tunnel pass or a coupon for somewhere else. Two buckets, one for soap and one for rinse, so the dirt coming off the paint doesn't go back on it.
The shop's detailing work starts at $75 for an express detail and runs to $249 for a full detail, all starting prices for standard vehicles in normal condition. Drivers who like how the paint looks after the wash sometimes come back and book a detail when the interior needs hot-water extraction.
Walk in, or book a Saturday
Figure 30 to 45 minutes in the bay for a standard oil change. Weekday mornings and midday are usually the easy window: walk in, and if a bay is open we'll get you in. Saturdays and late afternoons fill up, so book those rather than gambling on it. Hours are 8:00 to 6:00 Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 Thursday, 8:00 to 4:00 Saturday, and we're closed Sunday.
If you're due for a seasonal swap too, say so when you book and we'll line up the oil change and a tire swap in the same visit.
